HOW IT WORKS

As your nominated plan manager, Social Plan Care Services will take on the responsibility of paying your support providers and submitting claims to NDIS on timely and professional manner.

To pay for your support, you can simply e-mail your authorised invoice/s to elias@socialplan.com.au. Alternatively you can call us on 0421 848 070 or whatsapp us. We will endevour to answer your queries as soon as possible.

Our team will process authorised invoices within 2 business days and provide periodic activity statements to help you keep track of your spending.
